Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of target-controlled infusion of Sufentanil and Remifentanil in gynecological laparoscopic surgery anesthesia. Methods Eighty patients given gynecologic laparoscopic surgery treated in our hospital from March 2016 to October 2017 were selected and they were divided into the two groups according to different target-controlled infusion drugs, there were 40 cases in each group. The control group was given targetcontrolled infusion of Remifentanil while the study group was given target-controlled infusion of Sufentanil. The hemodynamic index before anesthesia(t0),3 min after induction(t1),tracheal intubation(t2),skin incision(t3),laparoscopic probing (t4),and extubation (t5);postoperative awakening time, tracheal intubation/extubation time, time of appeal for analgesics for the first time;the observer assessment of alertness/sedation scale (OAAS)score, and visual analogue scale (VAS)score were compared in patients between the two groups. Results The level of heart rate (HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)at t1and t5were significantly different from those at t0in patients of the two groups(P<0.05).The level of HR,SBP and DBP in the study group were significantly different from those in the control group at t1and t5(P<0.05).The time of postoperative awakening, tracheal intubation/extubation time, time of appeal for analgesics for the first time in the study group were obviously longer than those in the control group (P<0.05).In the study group, the OAAS maximal score within 30 min of staying at resuscitation room and VAS score before leaving resuscitation room were both lower compared with those in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the maximal scores of OAAS between the two groups staying at the resuscitation room for over 30 min (P>0.05).Conclusion Hemodynamics of target-controlled infusion of Sufentanil and Remifentanil applied in gynecological laparoscopic surgery anesthesia are relatively stable, and recovery by Remifentanil is sooner than that by Sufentanil, but postoperative pain is severe.
