Abstract:Objective To compare the anesthetic effect of Etomidate and Propofol for general anesthesia in laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 90 patients with ectopic pregnancy who underwent laparoscopic surgery from October 1,2017 to June 30,2018 in our hospital were selected.According to the admission time, they were divided into the control group and observation group, and there were 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were provided with general anesthesia with Propofol, and in the observation group,Etomidate for general anesthesia induction was used.Change of heart rate and blood pressure in before anesthesia(T0),after induction(T1),1 minute after intubation (T2),and 5 minutes after intubation (T3)in ectopic pregnancy patients undergone laparoscopic surgery were compared. The eyes open time, extubation time and orientation recovery time between the two groups were compared. Results The heart rate and systolic blood pressure at T1in patients of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the diastolic blood pressure was lower than that in the control group, and the eyes opening time, extubation time and orientation recovery time in patients of the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with Propofol,Etomidate is more effective in laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy, and with sooner recovery in patients.
