Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of narcotrend anesthesia depth monitoring feedback adjusting Propofol by closed-loop target-controlled infusion in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery. Methods One hundred and twenty patients undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic surgery from October 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital were selected as objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the different monitoring methods, with 60 cases in each group. In the observation group, anesthetic drug was provided under the narcotrend anesthesia depth monitor, while in the control group, drug was provided based on the anaesthetist′s experience. The doses of drugs, awakening time and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results The doses of Propofol,Vecuronium, and Remifentanil in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The spontaneous breathing recovery time, blinking time, extubation time and orientation recovery time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as body writhing, dizziness, nausea and vomiting in the observation group was lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The narcotrend anesthesia depth monitoring feedback adjusting Propofol by closed-loop target-controlled infusion in gynecological laparoscopic surgery can maintain the appropriate depth of anesthesia, and also can reduce the dose of anesthetic drugs with high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
