Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of intravenous pump Dexmedetomidine in gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 100 female patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to September 2017 were selected as objects and they were randomly divided into test group(n=50)and control group (n=50)according to the lottery. The control group was given the routine anesthesia, and the test group was given the routine anesthesia and intravenous injection of 0.5 μg/kg Dexmedetomidine 30 min before the surgery(completed within 15 min). The scores of sedation, agitation and chill, simple mental state assessment scale(MMSE)score and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of sedation, agitation and chill in the test group were significantly higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in MMSE score before surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).The MMSE scores after surgery in two groups were lower than those before surgery, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of MMSE after surgery in the test group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the test group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In gynecological laparoscopic surgery, the use of Dexmedetomidine can reduce the agitation and chill during the general anesthesia recovery period, and play a better sedative role to protect postoperative cognitive ability, which is worthy of promotion.
