Abstract:Objective To study the effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of pregnancy at the uterine scar after cesarean section. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of the clinical data of 100 cases of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016.According to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into control group and research group,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with medication, while the research group was treated with laparoscopic surgery. The total effective rate of treatment, operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, hospitalization time, uterine recovery time and blood human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)decrease to normal time were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, hospitalization time, uterine recovery time and blood β-HCG decrease to normal time in the research group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, intraoperative bleeding volume was significantly less than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is effective for pregnant women with uterine scar after cesarean section. It can effectively shorten the operation time, hospitalization time, uterus return to normal time, blood β-HCG decrease to normal time and reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding. It should be widely used in the clinic.
