Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA nursing mode in cesarean section of pernicious placenta previa(PPP).Methods From June 2013 to June 2018,a total of 72 puerpera with PPP treated in our hospital were selected as study objects, and all of them underwent cesarean section combined with intervention. They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing methods, and the observation group received PDCA nursing mode on the basis of the control group. The incidence of complications(postpartum hemorrhage, anemia and puerperal infection)between the two groups was compared. The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the emotional status before and after surgery between the two groups.Reslults All puerpera successfully completed cesarean section, and the degree of completion was 100%.The incidence rates of postpartum hemorrhage, anemia and puerperal infection in the observation group were lower those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after surgery were lower than those before surgery, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores after surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions PDCA cycle nursing mode can effectively improve the degree of surgical completion of puerpera with PPP,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, effectively promote postoperative recovery and improve mental state.
