持续质量改进护理模式对普外科腹部置管护理规范率及护理满意度的影响

摘要目的研究持续质量改进护理模式对普外科腹部置管护理规范率及护理满意度的影响。方法选取2016年1～10月我院收治的2880例肝胆外科患者作为研究对象，按照管理不同的方法将其分为对照组（371例）和观察组（2509例）。对照组患者采用常规护理模式，观察组患者采用持续质量改进护理模式。比较两组患者的规范调查结果、意外脱管、二次固定不规范、管道标识粘贴等不规范事件的总发生率以及患者护理总满意度等情况。结果观察组患者的不规范事件总发生率（3.27%）显著低于对照组的49.06%，且观察组患者的护理总满意度（99.80%）明显高于对照组（92.99%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论通过对肝胆外科置管患者实施持续质量改进护理模式，能够显著规范、统一置管后的各项标准，不断的规范管道的技术操作流程，提高同质化的护理模式，一定程度上避免医患纠纷，提高患者满意度，进一步推动临床护理事业发展。

Abstract：Objective To study the influence of continuous quality improvement nursing interventions in the standard rate and nursing satisfaction of abdominal catheter in the general surgery department.Methods A total of 2880 cases of hepatobiliary surgery patients admitted to our hospital from January to October 2016 were selected as research objects.According to different management methods，they were divided into control group （371 cases）and observation group（2509 cases）.Patients in the control group received conventional nursing mode，while patients in the observation group received continuous quality improvement nursing mode.The results of normative investigation between the two groups were compared，and the total incidence of irregular events such as accidental tube detachment，irregular secondary fixation，and labeling and pasting of pipes were compared.The total nursing satisfaction between the two groups was compared.Results The total incidence of non-standard investigation （3.27%）in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （49.06%），and the total nursing satisfaction （99.80%）in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （92.99%），with statistically significant differences （P＜0.05）.Conclusion The continuous quality improvement nursing interventions can remarkably standardize and consolidate the indwelling criteria and skill operation procedures，improving the homogenous nursing modes，avoiding the patient-doctor disputes and increasing the patients′satisfaction.It shall be further developed in clinical practice.
