Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of standardized hemostasis scheme of arteriovenous catheterization and extubation in nurses. Methods A total of 260 patients who needed arterial catheterization and deep venous catheterization in Yingtan of Jiangxi Province from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research subjects, they were divided into control group and research group according to random number table method, with 130 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine hemostasis after extubation, and the research group was treated with improved hemostasis after extubation, the total satisfaction of nursing and the total incidence of complications after extubation were compared between the two groups. Results The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications after extubation in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved standard hemostasis method can reduce the probability of complications such as subcutaneous hematoma and hemorrhage after extubation, reduce patients′pain, improve patients′nursing satisfaction, and reduce the consumption of medical equipment and save resources.
