Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of respiratory training in patients after massive lung lavage.Methods A total of 44 patients with massive lung lavage successfully treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects,according to the different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 22 cases in each group,oxygen supply time was 4 h,patients in the control group were given routine nursing and natural breathing,while patients in the observation group were given breathing training mainly with lip contraction breathing.The nursing comfort,direct medical expenses,outpatient expenses,hospitalization expenses and total medical expenses were compared between the two groups.Results The comfort degree of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the direct medical expenses,outpatient expenses,hospitalization expenses and total medical expenses in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Respiratory training for functional exercises after large volume lung lavage is effective and worthy of popularization and application.
