Influence of clinical nursing pathway combined with responsibility system nursing on post-operative rehabilitation of patients undergoing tubal pregnancy surgery

Abstract:Objective To analyze the influence of clinical nursing pathway combined with responsibility system nursing on post-operative rehabilitation of patients undergoing tubal pregnancy surgery.Methods Altogether 50 patients with tubal pregnancy treated by operation in our hospital from August 2016 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group,with 25 cases in each group.The experiment group was given clinical nursing pathway combined with responsibility system nursing,while the control group was given routine nursing.The post-operative rehabilitation and patients′ satisfaction with nursing were evaluated.Results The operation time,hospitalization time and anal exhaust time of the experiment group were shorter than those of the control group,the amount of bleeding during operation of the experiment group was less than that of the control group,the incidence of ectopic pregnancy of the experiment group was lower than that of the control group,and the incidence of intrauterine pregnancy of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of side effects between the two groups (P>0.05).The patients′nursing total satisfaction of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway combined with responsibility system nursing in the treatment of patients with tubal pregnancy surgery is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients after operation,and can improves the patients′ satisfaction with nursing work,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
