循证护理联合临床护理路径在骨科护理中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨循证护理联合临床护理路径在骨科护理中的应用效果。方法选择2016年1月～2016年12月我院收治的120例骨科患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各60例。对照组患者采用常规护理方法，观察组患者采用循证护理联合临床护理路径进行护理，观察对比两组患者的临床疗效、焦虑水平、认知水平、护理满意度、住院时间以及临床效益比等指标。结果观察组患者的临床有效率（96.67%）高于对照组（86.67%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的焦虑程度低于对照组，认知水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的护理满意度（95.00%）高于对照组（76.67%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的住院时间短于对照组，费用低于对照组，观察组患者的临床效益比优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论循证护理联合临床护理路径应用于骨科护理，提高了临床疗效和护理满意度，改善了患者的预后，具有更优的临床效益比，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing combined with clinical nursing pathway in the orthopedic nursing care.Methods120 patients in the department of orthopedics who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing method,and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing combined with clinical nursing pathway for nursing care.The clinical efficacy,cognitive level,anxiety level,nursing satisfaction,length of stay and clinical benefit ratio were observed and compared between the two groups.ResultsThe clinical effective rate(96.67%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(86.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The degree of anxiety in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the cognitive level was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The length of stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the cost was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the benefit ratio in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionEvidence-based nursing combined with clinical nursing pathway in orthopedic nursing care can improve clinical efficacy,nursing satisfaction and the prognosis of patients,with a better clinical benefit ratio,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
