Abstract:Objective To investigate the rehabilitation effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by comparing their different clinical manifestations. Methods A total of 124 hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients treated in our hospital from July 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 62 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing, patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention, and the related clinical data of patients in the two groups were observed and recorded, including quality of life(QLI),self-care ability (FIM)score and complications. Results QLI and FIM scores before nursing were compared between the two groups, the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);QLI and FIM scores were significantly higher in the two groups after nursing than before nursing, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).QLI and FIM scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the rehabilitation effect in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. It can effectively enhance the patients′self-care ability and promote the recovery of patients, and has remarkable advantages in improving the QLI and reducing the incidence of complications, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
