Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of small bone window in the treatment of hypertension-induced cerebral hemorrhage. Methods From January 20,2016 to January 20,2017,100 patients with hypertension-induced cerebral hemorrhage who treated in our hospital were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group. In the observation group, minimally invasive therapy of small bone window was applied, while in the control group, traditional craniotomy for evacuation of hematoma was provided. The treatment effect, complication rate and scores of life quality of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective treatment rate in the observation group(98.00%)was higher than that in the control group(78.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group (2.00%)was lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of body function, social function, psychological function and material life of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of small bone window as a minimal invasion in the treatment of patients with hypertension-induced cerebral hemorrhage, the effect is remarkable in high safety, can effectively improve the quality of life scores, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
