Analyze the clinical effect of m inimally invasive surgery through directional soft channels on the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage
Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of directional soft channelminimally invasive in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HICH),and further to evaluate the application value in primary hospital.M ethods A total of 60 HICH patientswere gradually recruited in the hospital during March 2013 to March 2015 were randomly divided into directional soft channels group, directional hard channels group and the surgical craniotomy group based on the random number tablemethod. The difference of complications, deaths and Barthel index were observed and compared in the above three groups. Results The incidence of intracranial infection, rehemorrhage and death rate in the directional soft channels group was all lower than that of the the surgical craniotomy group postoperation (P<0.05).Barthel index scores in the directional soft channels group, aswell as in directional hard channels group, were significantly higher than those of the craniotomy group (P<0.05).Furthermore,compered to the directional hard channels group, the patients with directional soft channels had higher Barthel index scores(P<0.05).Conclusion The directional soft channelsminimally invasive surgery is better than craniotomy and directional hard channels in the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage, which can be popularized and applied in primary hospitals.
