定期回访在脊柱伤病患者出院后的康复应用研究

摘要目的探讨定期回访在脊柱伤病患者出院后的康复应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院2016年3月～2017年3月收治的88例脊柱伤病并已经出院患者的临床资料，根据是否定期回访分为对照组和研究组，每组44例。对照组未定期回访，研究组定期回访。比较两组回访前后的肢体功能与心理状况评分、并发症情况、复发情况、患者与家属对康复知识了解情况。结果两组患者回访前的肢体功能与心理状况评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。研究组回访后的FMA评分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05），SDS评分、SAS评分显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究组的并发症发生率、复发率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05），患者与家属对康复知识了解合格率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在脊柱伤病患者出院后进行定期回访可以改善患者的肢体功能与心理状况，降低并发症发生率与复发率。

Abstract：Objective To explore the rehabilitation application effect of regular return visit to patients with spinal injury after hospital discharge.Methods From March 2016 and March 2017,the clinical data of 88 patients with spinal injury after discharge in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to whether the regular return visit,they were evenly divided into the control group and the research group,44 cases in each group.In the control group,no regular return visit was used,while in the research group,regular return visit was adopted.The scores of physical function and psychological status,complications,recurrence,and awareness of rehabilitation knowledge by patients and their families before and after visits were compared between the two groups.Results Before return visit,there was no great difference in scores of physical function or psychological status between the two groups(P＞0.05).The FMA score after return visit in the research group was much higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of SDS and SAS in the research group were greatly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The incidence rate of complications and recurrence rate in the research group were greatly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The qualified rate of understanding rehabilitation knowledge by patients and their families in the research group was obviously lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05).ConclusionRegular return visit after hospital discharge for patients with spine injury can improve the physical function and psychological status,and reduce the incidence rate of complications and recurrence.
