Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of the combined electrostimulation rehabilitation method on maternal selection of biofeedback and the effects of post-delivery.Methods100 cases of pregnant women who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as experimental subjects.According to the number of parity were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases).The control group was treated with pelvic floor rehabilitation training;Observe biofeedback electric stimulation combined with rehabilitation training;rehabilitation treatment effects were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of pelvic floor muscle improvement in the observation group was higher than that the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group and the control group,the improvement of pelvic floor muscle strength was higher than before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between groups,the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group and control group 16 weeks after treatment maternal vaginal muscles voltage higher than 6 weeks after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the comparison between groups,the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group and control group,the number of night urine was less than 6 weeks after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between groups,the observation group was less than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionCompared with the pure pelvic floor rehabilitation training,biofeedback joint electrical stimulation methods of rehabilitation can significantly enhance maternal pelvic floor muscle strength and increase the degree of vaginal tightening,effectively improve the quality of life,after giving birth to a child is worth wide application in the clinical practice.
