Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the changes of myocardial zymogram in neonates with HIE and its relationship with brain injury after asphyxia.Methods76 children with HIE in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were collected.According to their severity,they were divided into mild group 26 cases,moderate group 30 cases and severe group 20 cases.All the children were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer,and the level of myocardial zymogram was analyzed.After two groups of treatment were completed,they were divided into 70 groups with good prognosis and 6 cases with poor prognosis.The levels of myocardial enzymes were collected and compared between the two groups.ResultsWith the increase of the severity of the disease,the myocardial zymogram level of HIE patients showed a rising trend,and showed a significant positive correlation with myocardial enzyme spectrum (r=0.485,P<0.05).The myocardial zymogram level of the patients with poor prognosis was significantly higher than that of the prognosis group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe occurrence and development of HIE will lead to a larger change of myocardial enzyme spectrum,so by analyzing the changes of myocardial enzyme spectrum can determine the severity of the HIE patients.Especially,it can accurately understand brain injury,also can guide the analysis of the prognosis,with a high clinical value.
