Objective To explore the effect of early systematic rehabilitation nursing in acute cerebral infarction patients complicated with hemiplegia.Methods64 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients complicated with hemiplegia treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects,and divided into two groups according to the nursing methods.The control group(33 cases) received routine nursing care and the observation group(31 cases)received early systematic rehabilitation nursing.The Berg balance scale(BBS)and Holden Functional Ambulation Category(Holden FAC)were used to assess the balance function and walking ability of the two groups,and the postoperative quality of life was also evaluated.Results The postoperative BBS scale and Holden FAC scores of two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The MOS 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey (SF-36)scores of observation group were higher in general health,energy,physical pain,physical function and physiological role than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionApplication of early systematic rehabilitation nursing in acute cerebral infarction patients complicated with hemiplegia can not only significantly improve the body function and speed up rehabilitation,but also improve the overall quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.
