Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of early combination of occupational therapy on the upper limb mobility in acute cerebral infarction.Methods57 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from May 2015 to December 2016 were selected.According to different intervention methods, the subjects were grouped, with the treatment group of 29 cases, and the control group of 28 cases.Patients of two groups were given physical rehabilitation within 24 hours after stability of vital signs. The treatment group was given combined occupational therapy on this basis. FMA scores and ADL scores were compared between the two groups.ResultsIn terms of FMA (upper limb part)between the two groups, there was no significant difference in FMA score between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment, the FMA scores were increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the daily life and activity, there was no significant difference in ADL score between the treatment group and the control group before the treatment(P>0.05).fter 3 weeks of rehabilitation training,ADL scores were improved in both groups(P<0.05),and the score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionEarly combination of occupational therapy can effectively improve the mobility of upper limb in patients with acute cerebral infarction, which can be popularized clinically.
