Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of systematic prenatal health education in pregnant women. Methods From October 20,2016 to January 20,2017,100 pregnant women admitted to our hospital were selected as the subjects, and evenly divided into observation group (systematic prenatal health education)and control group(routine health education)in random,50 cases in each group. The score of psychological state, labor time and delivery mode were compared between the two groups. Results The SAS score of pregnant women in the observation group was(35.06±1.48)points,and SDS score was(34.84±1.87)points.In the control group, they were(48.31±1.02)points and(49.66±1.35)points respectively, the differences were statistically significant after comparison between the two groups (P<0.05).The first stage of labor for pregnant and lying-in woman was(6.82±1.02)h and the second stage of labor was(32.61±1.87)min in the observation group, which were both shorter compared with those in the control group for(9.99±1.14)h in the first labor stage and(55.99±1.35)min in the second stage respectively, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate in the observation group (92.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic prenatal health education for pregnant women can effectively improve the bad mood, and also play an important role in increasing the clinical natural delivery rate, which is worthy of promotion.
