Nursing intervention on emergency and severe maternal pre-hospital care and mental pain

Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of emergency and severe maternal pre-hospital care and mental pain of nursing intervention.Methods 120 cases of emergency and severe maternal patients from June 2015 to June 2016 in Medical Emergency Rescue Center of Jingdezhen City were selected,and were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,the control group was given routine care,the intervention group intervention patients were given before administering emergency care hospital system on the basis of conventional nursing.After the patients with psychological first aid and pain relief scores of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,SAS and SDS scores of two groups were improved significantly(P<0.05)compared to pre-intervention,and the SAS and SDS scores of intervention group were higher than that of control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).the pain relieving degree of intervention group was significantly better than that of control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Severe maternal emergency aid the implementation of standardized pre-hospital emergency care so that patients can get the first time an effective aid,better aid,can significantly ease the pain of the patient and improve mental state.
