Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore application of evidence-based nursing care in preeclampsia pregnancy.Methods200 patients with severe preeclampsia in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given evidence-based nursing intervention.The incidence of complication,the length of hospital stays and nursing satisfaction of pregnancy and the incidence of complication and score of Apgar of newborns were compared between two groups.ResultsThe incidence of complication of pregnancy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the length of hospital stays was shorter than that in the control group,the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group;the incidence of complication of pregnancy(fetiparous,fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the score of Apgar of new borns was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of evidence-based nursing approach for the treatment of severe preeclampsia pregnant women can effectively prevent maternal and neonatal related adverse complications,improve the quality of clinical care and neonatal quality of life,shorten the treatment time,has a high clinical application value.
