Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of health education of tumor chemotherapy on treatment compliance and negative emotions of patients.Methods90 patients with cancer treated in our hospital from October 2014 to September 2015 were selected and divided into observation group and control group using the random number table method, and each group had 45 cases. The change of SAS score,SDS score, and score of life quality were observed, and the treatment compliance was compared between the two groups.ResultsThere was no significant difference in SAS score and SDS score between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After intervention, the SAS score and SDS score were decreased in both groups, and SAS score and SDS score in the observation group[(43.45±8.12),(42.98±8.39)points]were significantly lower than those in the control group[(49.45±8.90),(47.02±8.69)points]after intervention, and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the observation group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%),and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group[(57.12±11.02)points]was significantly higher than that in the control group[(52.68±8.69)points]after nursing intervention, and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).ConclusionChemotherapy health education can effectively relieve tension and anxiety of patients, improve the compliance and life quality of patients, and the effect is significant.
