Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the application of webucation combined with flipped classroom on on-the-job training in nursing.Methods147 nurses in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2016 were selected and were divided into the onservation group(n=75)and the control group(n=72)according to the different training mode.The contol group were given traditional training mode,while the observation group was given webucation combined with flipped classroom mode.The theoretical and operation examination result and learning satisfaction were compared between two groups.ResultsThe theoretical and operation examination result in the onservation group was better than those in the control group,the learning satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of on-the-job training by webucation combined with flipped classroom in nursing,which could improve theory and practice level,it is worth to be used.
