Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of placement of good limb position in early rehabilitation in patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral apoplexy. Methods Forty patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral apoplexy from October 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group(n=20)and control group(n=20).In the control group, conventional treatment and nursing was used, while on the basis of the conventional treatment and nursing, good limb position design and placement was adopted on admission to the hospital in the observation group. The therapeutic effect, nursing satisfaction degree between the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the score of daily life activity in both groups was obviously higher than that before nursing, and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group with statistical difference(P<0.01).After nursing, the score of affected limb movement ability was both significantly higher than that before nursing. The score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group with statistical difference(P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group(97.50%)was greatly higher than that in the control group(85.00%)which was displayed great difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of good limb placement in early rehabilitation of patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral apoplexy can improve the nursing effect and nursing satisfaction degree.
