良肢位摆放早期康复护理在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨良肢位摆放早期康复护理在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年10月～2016年10月收治的40例脑卒中偏瘫患者，分为观察组和对照组，每组20例。对照组仅进行常规治疗及常规护理；观察组在常规治疗和护理的基础上，患者入院时即采取良肢位设计与摆放。比较两组患者的治疗效果、护理满意度。结果护理后，两组的日常生活活动能力评分均明显高于护理前，且观察组明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。护理后，两组患者患侧肢体运动能力评分明显高于护理前，且观察组明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。观察组的护理满意率为97.50%，明显高于对照组的85.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者早期康复护理中应用良肢位摆放可以提高患者的护理效果以及护理满意度。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of placement of good limb position in early rehabilitation in patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral apoplexy.Methods Forty patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral apoplexy from October 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group(n=20)and control group(n=20).In the control group,conventional treatment and nursing was used,while on the basis of the conventional treatment and nursing,good limb position design and placement was adopted on admission to the hospital in the observation group.The therapeutic effect,nursing satisfaction degree between the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the score of daily life activity in both groups was obviously higher than that before nursing,and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group with statistical difference(P＜0.01).After nursing,the score of affected limb movement ability was both significantly higher than that before nursing.The score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group with statistical difference(P＜0.01).The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group(97.50%)was greatly higher than that in the control group(85.00%)which was displayed great difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of good limb placement in early rehabilitation of patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral apoplexy can improve the nursing effect and nursing satisfaction degree.
