Abstract:Objective To explore the significance of Lp(a)and hs-CRP detection in acute cerebral infarction(ACI). Methods 68 patients with ACI treated by our hospital from January 2014 to September 2016 were selected as ACI group. 30 healthy people given check-up were selected as control group at the same time in our hospital. The level of Lp(a) and hs-CRP for ACI group and healthy examination group were compared. The level of Lp(a)and hs-CRP for ACI patients with different NIHSS points was compared and the correlation of Lp(a)and hs-CRP in ACI group were analyzed. Results The level of Lp(a)and hs-CRP for ACI group[(334.72±31.56)mg/L and(5.32±2.58)mg/L]was obviously higher than that of healthy examination group[(146.29±21.15)mg/L and(0.87±0.43)mg/L]respectively(P<0.01);the level of Lp(a)and hs-CRP for ACI patients with different NIHSS points was significantly different(P<0.01)and with the higher NIHSS points, the serum was gradually increased and the correlation analysis displayed that the detection indicators were positively correlated with each other(r=0.684,P=0.011).Conclusion Serum Lp(a)and hs-CRP is involved with the genesis and progress of ACI,it is considered as the important biological indicators to evaluate the genesis and progress of ACI.The interventions positively conducted can reduce the death rate of ACI and improve the prognosis.
