Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of interactive health education in children with fracture.Methods116 children patients with fracture in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of hospitalization,with 58 cases in each group.The control was given routine health education,while the observation group was given interactive health education.The mastery rate of fracture information of children′s parents,the malunion rate and complete functional recovery rate of patients and the nursing satisfaction of children′s parents were compared between two groups.ResultsThe mastery rate of fracture information of children′s parents,complete functional recovery rate and nursing satisfaction of children′s parents were higher than those in the control group,the malunion rate was lower than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe implementation of interactive health education in nursing care of children with fracture of children when Education measures can significantly improve the children′s family members to master the knowledge of fracture,improve the rehabilitation effect of children fracture and the satisfaction degree of the family members of the children,which is worthy of clinical promotion
