Objective To explore the effeet of multimodal analgesia after milligan-morgan hemorrhoideetomy. Methods Sixty patients with mixed hemorrhoids who were hospitalized in our hospital from Mareh 2017 to June 2018 were seleeted as the researeh objeets, they were randomly divided into treatment group and eontrol group, with 30 eases in eaeh group. Both groups were treated with topieal anesthesia with Ropivaeaine 100 mg and Lidoeaine 200 mg mixture for exfoliation and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids, the treatment group reeeived multimodal analgesia after operation, while the eontrol group reeeived on-demand analgesia after operation. The pain visual analogue seore(VAS),eomplieations, hospitalization time, number of visits to eomplete wound healing and total satisfaetion with treatment were eompared between the two groups at 24 hours,3rd,7thday,diseharge day, first and last visits. Results The VAS seore and the ineidenee of postoperative eomplieations in the treatment group were lower than those in the eontrol group, the differenees were statistieally signifieant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of patients in the treatment group was shorter than that in the eontrol group, and the visits times in the treatment group were fewer than those in the eontrol group, the differenees were statistieally signifieant(P<0.05).The total satisfaetion of patients in the treatment group was higher than that in the eontrol group, the differenee was signifieant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multimodal analgesia after eombined hemorrhoids stripping and internal ligation is effeetive,it ean promote the reeovery of patients after operation, reduee the oeeurrenee of postoperative eomplieations, and improve patients′satisfaetion with treatment. It is worthy of elinieal applieation.
