Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in perioperative period of total knee arthroplasty. Methods Sixty patients with total knee arthroplasty treated in our hospital from March 2017 to June 2018 were selected, they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The experimental group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing, while the control group was given routine nursing.Number score of pain (NRS)was used to evaluate and compare the degree of pain on the 1st,2ndand 3rdday after operation between the two groups. The knee joint function score (HSS)was used to compare the knee joint recovery of the two groups on the 3rd,7thand 10thday after operation.Hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses were compared between the two groups. Results The NRS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group on the 1st,2ndand 3rdday after operation, and the HSS scores on the 3rd,7thand 10thday after operation were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization days in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, and the hospitalization expenses were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty can relieve pain, shorten hospitalization time, reduce treatment costs and complications, and improve knee joint recovery and rehabilitation speed.
