Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of outpatient nursing intervention in pediatric lingual frenulum plasty.Methods From June 2016 to August 2017,92 children with ankyloglossia treated in our hospital were selected as study objects.According to the difference of nursing methods,they were divided into the control group (46 cases)and observation group (46 cases).The control group was given with the routine nursing intervention.The observation group strengthened the outpatient nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The operation time,nursing effect and satisfaction degree of family members of children were compared between the two groups.Results The operative time in the observation group([6.00±1.46]min)was shorter than that in the control group([8.69±2.48]min),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cooperation degree(95.65%),wound healing rate(97.83%)and healing rate(100.00%)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(78.26%,84.78%,80.43%),and the incidence of related symptoms(2.17%)was lower than that of the control group (19.56%),and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the family members of the observation group to the nursing staffs′active service(100.00%),attitude enthusiasm(95.65%),health education(100.00%),psychological support(93.48%),caring for the children(97.83%)and overall service(97.83%)was higher than those of the control group(82.61%,80.43%,78.26%,69.57%,76.09%,80.43%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Outpatient nursing intervention applied in pediatric lingual frenulum plasty is helpful to the improvement of the curative effect and nursing effect,and the effect is very satisfactory.
