Abstract:Objective To study and analyze the clinical application value of predictive and stage-based nursing for elderly patients with proximal femoral fractures. Methods A total of 60 patients with proximal femoral fractures received in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi Medical College from September 2016 to January 2018 were selected as subjects and were divided into two groups according to the computer random method,30 cases in each group. The control group were treated with orthopedic routine nursing mode.Patients in the observation group received combined predictive and stage-based nursing on the basis of orthopedic routine nursing mode. The quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined predictive and stage-based nursing care for patients with proximal femoral fractures can improve the compliance of nursing and the function of the hip joint, and it is worthy of wide clinical application.
