Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zirconium dioxide ceramic tooth in anterior tooth restoration. Methods From January 2016 to January 2018,86 patients with anterior tooth restoration were selected as the objects of study.According to the patient′s order, the patients were randomly divided into control group (n=43)and experimental group (n=43).The patients in the control group were treated with Ni-Cr alloy porcelain crown for anterior tooth restoration, while the experimental group were treated with Zirconium dioxide porcelain tooth to repair the anterior teeth. The shape integrity, edge tightness and color change of the two groups were observed, and the gingival index and plaque index of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results After treatment, the complete appearance rate of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the rate of marginal disassociation was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of color darkening and the incidence of black neck margin in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in gingival index and plaque index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the gingival index and plaque index in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Zirconia roasted porcelain tooth for anterior tooth restoration has good aesthetic effect and good stability, and little influence on gingival,so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
