Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of targeted preventive nursing in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods Eighty patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the subjects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group. In the control group, routine nursing was used, while in the observation group, targeted preventive care was adopted. The clinical effect, hospital stay, and incidence of complications in the two groups were compared. Results The total effectiveness rate of patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage in the observation group was 95.00%,higher than that in the control group accounting for 80.00%,with statistical significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 7.50%,lower than that in the control group accounting for 27.50%,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The hospital stay of the patients in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage, early treatment and early prevention contribute to the reduction of the incidence of complications and prevent the occurrence of upper gastrointestinal bleeding due to stress, which is beneficial to the early recovery of patients. It is of great significance for the treatment of patients, and is worthy of recommendation.
