Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing on stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods Fifty stroke patients with hemiplegia who were admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into experimental group (n=25)and control group(n=25).In the control group, traditional nursing was used, while in the experimental group, traditional nursing combined with early rehabilitation care was adopted. The Barthel index and Braden pressure sore risk score were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the Barthel index of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the risk score of Braden pressure sore was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation care for stroke patients with hemiplegia can significantly alleviate negative emotions and improve limb function and living ability.
