Application of path management in nursing care of hospitalized patients with stroke

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of path management in nursing care of hospitalized patients with stroke.Methods A total of 30 cases of hospitalized stroke patients received in our hospital from April to December 2017 were selected divided into two groups of bladder nursing measures by random extraction,15 cases in each group.The control group was used routine clinical nursing measures,the study group was carried out the path management on this basis.The application effect of two kinds of nursing care were compared.Results The nursing coordination degree and knowledge of bladder nursing in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The catheter retention time of the patients in the study group was shorter than the control group and the extubation rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The interval time of nocturnal urine in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The number of urine leakage in the study group was longer than that of the control group and the number of 24 h was less than the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of path management on bladder nursing in patients with cerebral pawns is obvious in clinical.It can improve the cognition of bladder nursing and improve the urination of the patients.It is worth to use.
