Abstract:Objective To analyze the effects of individualized nursing intervention on sleep status and quality of life in perimenopausal patients with insomnia.Methods A total of 114 cases of perimenopausal insomnia treated in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2017 were selected.They randomly were divided into the control group and the observation group,57 cases in each group.The control group was received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was received individualized nursing intervention.The scores of sleep disorders and quality of life,the normal time of sleep recovery and the total time,the effect of treatment and the satisfaction of nursing mode and adverse events were compared before and after the nursing intervention in the two groups.Results The improvement of sleep disorder score and quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group before and after nursing intervention.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time and the total time of the treatment were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the disease treatment and the degree of satisfaction to nursing in the observation group mode were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The individual nursing intervention during the period of perimenopausal insomnia can improve the sleep and life quality of the patients in a short time,reduce the adverse events,shorten the time of treatment,improve the effect of treatment and the satisfaction of the patient to the nursing service.
