Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Argatroban combined with Clopidogrel in the treatment of acute posterior cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty-seven patients with acute posterior circulation cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the subjects. They were divided into control group(35 cases) and observation group (32 cases) by random number selection method. The control group received Aspirin plus Clopidogrel. The observation group received Argatroban plus Clopidogrel. The clinical efficacy, total adverse reaction incidence, neurological deficit (NIHSS) score and quality of life (BI) score were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the disease in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The BI score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with acute posterior circulation cerebral infarction receiving Argatroban combined with Clopidogrel can significantly improve the patients′ condition and has fewer adverse reactions, which is worthy of being promoted and applied.
