Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of stage change nursing intervention on the quality of life in patients with chronic renal failure hemodialysis.Methods A total of 76 patients with chronic renal failure diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to September 2017 were divided into control group and observation group by doubleblind randomized method,38 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were treated by hemodialysis,while patients in the control group were treated by routine nursing,while patients in the observation group were treated with stage change nursing intervention,continuously for 90 d.The nursing effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results The observation group before the intervention SF-36 the dimensions of quality of life scores with the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);After 90 days of intervention,the scores of SF-36 quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group and before intervention(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group before the intervention of anxiety and depression scores were comared with the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The observation group after the intervention of anxiety and depression scores were significance lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Stage change nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure and improve their negative mental state,so as to ensure the treatment effect.
