Abstract:Objective To evaluate the influence of sleep breathing cloud platform on the quality of life (QOL)in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)in continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP)treatment. Methods From November 2015 to October 2016,100 patients with OSAHS treated in our hospital were enrolled and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In the treatment group, sleep breathing cloud platform was used to manage the CPAP treatment. In the control group,CPAP treatment was managed by patients. The routine health guidance was provided by medical staff in both groups.QOL of patients after nursing between the two groups was compared. Results The compliance rates of using ventilator in the treatment group after 3 months and 6 months treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference of ESS score and SF-36 score was displayed between the two groups(P>0.05).ESS score in the treatment group was slightly lower than those of the control group after 3 months and 6 months treatment(P>0.05),and SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Application of sleep breathing cloud platform in the treatment of CPAP in patients with OSAHS can improve the compliance of the ventilator in patients and be beneficial to early recovery of the patients.
