Abstract:Objective To study the influence of applying information-motivation-behavioral skills model and focusing solution mode on the psycho-emotional status of hemodialysis patients.Methods From April to December 2017,90 hemodialysis patients in our hospital were enrolled in the study.According to the randomized grouping method,the patients were divided into the skill group,the focus group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine psychological care measures.The skills group added information-motivation-behavioral skills model interventions based on routine nursing measures,Focus group was used on focus on solving the mode of intervention,the use of self-made questionnaires,analysis of patient biochemical changes before and after nursing intervention,as well as changes in patients with psychological and emotional,that is,patient satisfaction.Results Compared with the control group,the indexes of biochemical test results in the two groups of skill group and focus group were better than those of the control group.There was no significant difference between the skill group and the control group before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between before and after intervention in skill group and focus group(P>0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in control group,skill group and focus group were 76.67%,93.33%and 93.33%,espectively.There was significant difference between control group and skill group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between focus group and skill group(P>0.05).Conclusion The implementation of information-motivation-behavioral skills model interventions and focussolving model interventions can both improve patient outcomes and patient satisfaction and deserve clinical promotion.
