ObjectiveTo explore the influence of early nursing intervention on the incidence of complications of arteriovenous fistula in maintenance hemodialysis patients.MethodsClinical data of 140 cases with maintenance hemodialysis treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected and they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,the control group received:the routine therapy and nursing,the experimental group received early nursing intervention.The incidence of complications and long-term quality of life were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe incidence of complication rate of the experimental group was 11.43%,and that of the control group was 54.29%.The complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The various long-term quality of life indicators of the maintenance hemodialysis in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionEarly nursing intervention for hemodialysis patients is helpful to reduce the incidence of complications of arteriovenous fistula and improve the quality of life in the long run.
