Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the influence of early nursing intervention on the incidence of related complications in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods108 maintenance hemodialysis patients from May 2015 to February 2017 in our hospital were selected as study objects.Patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,and each group was 54 cases.The observation group were treated with early nursing intervention.The control group were treated routine care.The incidence of complications,quality of life and satisfaction of the two groups were observed.ResultsAfter treatment,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of body pain,mental status,emotional function and overall health in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patient′s satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThere are many kinds of early complications in hemodialysis patients,and mainly of hypertension,heart diseases,infection.Conducting early nursing intervention for patients with maintenance hemodialysis can obviously prevent postoperative complications,reduce the incidence of related complications,improve the life quality of patients,and guarantee and improve the effect of maintenance hemodialysis.
