Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effect of predictive nursing on the incidence of nosocomial infection in hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods200 patients with diabetes mellitus CKD-5 who underwent hemodialysis were enrolled in our hospital from January to November 2016.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random number method,100 patients in each groups. The control group was given general nursing care.the experimental group was given foreseeing care, each patient intervened for 3 months. The hospital infection status and nursing satisfaction were recorded.ResultsAfter 3 months of intervention, the incidence of nosocomial infection in the experimental group was 4%,which was significantly lower than that of control group of 12%.The satisfaction degree of the experimental group was 95%,was significantly higher than that of control group of 80% (P<0.05).Conclusions Predictive care can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection in patients with CKD-5 diabetes mellitus and may increase the acceptance of nursing care provided by the caregiver.
