护理干预措施对不孕症患者心理状况的影响

摘要目的观察护理干预措施对不孕症患者心理状况的影响。方法选取我院2015年6月～2016年6月收治不孕症患者82例，于2016年7月～2017年9月对全部患者实施心理状况检测并予以针对性的护理干预措施。观察护理干预措施实施前、后不孕症患者的心理状况，将患者干预前、后生活质量改善情况进行比较，同时比较干预前后患者护理满意率。结果干预后患者焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分均显著低于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预后患者生活质量评分明显高于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预后患者护理总满意率明显高于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论不孕症患者大多数存在着焦虑抑郁等负性心理，依从性较差，影响相关治疗及护理方案的顺利实施。实施针对性护理干预措施可有效消除或缓解患者焦虑抑郁等负面心理，改善心理状况，提高其生活质量，且效果显著，可在临床中推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention on psychological status of infertility patients.Methods From June 2015 to June 2016,82 infertility patients in our department were treated.They were provided with targeted nursing intervention after psychological status test from July 2016 to September 2017.The psychological status of infertility patients before and after nursing intervention was observed.The improvement of quality of life(QOL)before and after intervention as well as nursing satisfaction were compared in the two groups.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in patients after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention with statistical significance(P＜0.05).After intervention,both QOL score and total satisfaction rate of nursing were significantly higher than those before intervention with statistical differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion Most infertility patients have negative psychology such as anxiety and depression in a poor compliance,which affects the successful implementation of related treatment and nursing programs.The implementation of targeted nursing intervention can effectively eliminate or alleviate anxiety and depression in patients,ameliorate psychological status and improve their QOL in a significant effect,which can be applied in clinical practice.
