早期护理干预及知信行护理模式对妊娠期糖尿病产妇的影响

摘要目的探究早期护理干预及知信行护理模式对妊娠期糖尿病产妇的影响。方法选取2015年2月～2016年2月在我院所收治的妊娠期糖尿病产妇96例，按照随机数字表分组法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组48例，对照组产妇实施常规的护理措施，观察组产妇在常规护理措施的基础上实施早期护理干预和知信行护理模式。比较两组产妇对糖尿病知识的知晓度、遵医行为及妊娠结局。结果观察组产妇对糖尿病知识的知晓度及遵医行为均优于对照组，且新生儿窒息、新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征、新生儿肺炎及巨大儿的发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在妊娠期糖尿病产妇中实施早期护理干预能够有效预防妊娠糖尿病产妇的不良妊娠结局和不良事件的发生，通过知信行模式对产妇进行健康教育，能促进患者对妊娠糖尿病相关知识的了解和掌握，从而改善妊娠糖尿病产妇的妊娠结局，降低新生儿并发症的发生率，该方法值得在临床推广使用。

Abstract：Objective To study the influence of early nursing intervention on the knowledge-attitude-practice and pregnancy outcomes of women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 96 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table grouping method,48 cases in each group.with the grouping method of random number table.Practice routine nursing measures in the control group while practicing early nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing measures in the observation group.Compare the maternal pregnancy outcomes of the two groups.Results The awareness and knowledge of diabetes and the compliance behavior of the observation group surpass those of the control group;and the occurrence of neonatal asphyxia,neonatal respiratory distress syndrome,neonatal pneumonia and macrosomia ranks lower than the control group;the results are statistical significant relatively (P＜0.05).Conclusion The practice of early nursing intervention in women with gestationa diabetes mellitus can effectively prevent adverse pregnancy outcomes and occurrence of adverse events for maternal gestational diabetes mellitus;through the knowledgeattitude-practice mode health education to pregnant women,the patients′understanding and grasping of relevant knowledge concerning gestational diabetes can be promoted,thereby,the pregnancy outcomes of maternal gestational diabetes mellitus can be ameliorated and the occurrence of neonatal complications can be reduced;such method is thus worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
