Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the knowledge,attitude and practice in the patients with senile osteoporosis.Methods116 patients with osteoporosis who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to September 2016 were selected.According to the random number table method,patients were divided into control group(n=56)and observation group(n=60).The control group was given medical treatment and traditional health education,and the observation group was given medical treatment and comprehensive nursing intervention.The mastering level of the knowledge of osteoporosis,health attitude and health practice were recorded and evaluated before intervention,after intervention and one year after intervention in both groups.ResultsAfter the intervention,the scores of osteoporosis knowledge questionnaire,the scores of osteoporosis health attitude questionnaire and the scores of osteoporosis related health practice questionnaire were compared between the two groups,and the differences were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).One year after the intervention,the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The incidence rate of fractures in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe long-term effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the knowledge,attitude and practice in the patients with senile osteoporosis has a more positive significance.
