Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the spawning effect of artificial rupture of membranes combined with intravenous drip of Oxytocin in the delivery and spawning methods.MethodsFrom June 2015 to January 2017,200 pregnant women with 41-week pregnancy,non-labor,cervical Bishop score of 5-7 points,appropriate estimated fetal weight and head delivery who treated in our hospital were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,100 cases in each group.In the control group,the pregnant women were given intravenous drip of Oxytocin for spawning alone,and the pregnant women in the observation group were given artificial rupture of membranes combined with intravenous drip of Oxytocin for spawning.The labor occurrence rate of 2,4,12 and 24 h,induced labor failure rate,first production time,second production time,neonatal Apgar score,neonatal infection number and postpartum 24 h hemorrhagic volume were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe labor occurrence rate of 2,4,12 and 24 h of pregnant women in the observation group was 38%,82%,94%,82%,which were higher than those in the control group (22%,46%,67%,46%),and the induced labor failure rate of pregnant women in the observation group(3%)was lower than that in the control group(10%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first production time of the pregnant women was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The second production time,neonatal Apgar score,neonatal infection number and postpartum 24 h hemorrhagic volume of the two groups were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The cesarean section rate of pregnant women in the two groups was compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).ConclusionThe spawning effect of artificial rupture of membranes combined with Oxytocin is better than that of intravenous drip of Oxytocin alone,which can shorten the duration of labor,improve the success rate of planned delivery,while the rate of cesarean section and neonatal infection rate are not increased.
