Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing service on pregnancy outcomes in patients with dangerous placenta previa. Methods Altogether 50 patients with dangerous placenta previa who were treated in our hospital from November 2014 to September 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was cared with conventional nursing mode, while, the observation group was cared with high quality nursing on the basis of control group. The nursing intervention effect of the two groups was evaluated. Results The complication rate of observation group was 12.0%,significantly low than that of control group of 28.0%(P<0.05);the VAS-A score of observation group was low than that of control group(P<0.05);giant infants and infants with low birth weight appeared in two groups;the incidence rate of newborns asphyxia and fetal distress of control group was slightly higher than that of observation group(P>0.05);the satisfaction degree of observation group was 96.0%,high than that of control group of 80.0%(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing care is a comprehensive nursing method that can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, accelerate the recovery of the patients and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, which has a significant effect in nursing care of patients with placenta previa.
