Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the anxiety and depression in the treatment of assisted reproductive technology.MethodsFrom January 2016 to January 2017,80 cases of infertility patients who treated in our hospital with assisted reproductive help pregnant were selected as subjects,and according to patients′personal wishes,they were divided into the control group(n=38)and the observation group(n=42).The patients of control group were treated with routine care and reproductive technology treatment,the patients of observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention based on the control group.The anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)score,the depression self-rating scale (SDS)score and the pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.ResultsAfter nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of two groups were lower than those of before nursing,the SDS and SAS scores in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the abortion rate in the observation group(38.10%)was lower than that in the control group(52.63%),the clinical pregnancy rate (61.90%)and high quality embryo rate (69.05%)were higher than those in the control group(47.37%,39.47%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionComprehensive nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the psychological pressure of patients with infertility,improve the patients′negative emotions,improve the patients′clinical pregnancy rate and the high quality rate of embryos,change the patients′pregnancy outcome.It is worth applying widely.
