Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention in nursing patients with endometrial carcinoma.Methods30 patients with endometrial carcinoma from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction,the levels of anxiety and depression,the quality of life were compared between two groups.ResultsThe nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the scores of HAMA,HAMD were lower than those in the control group,the quality of life was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statisti cally significant(P<0.05).ConclusionComprehensive nursing care intervention is carried out in patients with endometrial carcinoma.The quality of life of patients is improved obviously,the nursing satisfaction is improved,the psychological condition is improved and it is worthy of clinical application.
